Repurposed Bridge: Keene Road

Quite a feat of civil engineering going on at Keene Road over I-182 in Richland.  Westway Construction is converting an old railroad bridge over the freeway into a new two lane traffic bridge.  After stripping the rail bed box off the original bridge, they're now completing the new steel frame.  Looks like they're doing good work down there.
